The LOCKFORMER TDC flange connection system is a unique system roll formed directly on the sheet of the duct.

The TDC system guarantees a 100% air tightness to the duct.

The TDC flange is rollformed on straight ductwork as well as on fittings with flange length over 250 mm.

The TDC system is mounted with 1 piece corners which guarantees a rigid ductwork.

The TDC flange exists in all current flange heights : 20 / 25 / 30 / 35 / 40 mm

THE TDC system has been certified to the following restrictive normalization and standardisation : TUV CE 1507 (EU) / LUKA (NL) / DW144(UK) / SMACNA.


CE 1507 certified for:

  1. Air leakage class "C"
  2. Flange distorsion with pressure and vacuum.
  3. Duct wall distorsion with pressure and vacuum.
